Daryl Jendras and Jim Lemanski founded 3JGaming, LLC in 2009 to combine their knowledge and experience into the development of new and exciting table games for the casino gaming industry. With the help of many others along the way, these two have pioneered the invention of a new, revolutionary table game being introduced to the market, “Match’em Hi-Lo.”

The development of this game started back in the late 80’s when Daryl and Jim were still in college and living in the suburbs of Chicago, IL. They started having “poker night” with a group of friends on a regular basis. This group played all kinds of card games, most of them a variation of poker. In a search to keep things new, this group started introducing new card games into their rotation that they created themselves. Then, as soon as the boys in this group were all of legal age, they started to make annual trips together to Las Vegas, and their passion for casino gambling started to grow. There were not many table games to choose from back then with blackjack dominating most of the table game space. However, as we all know, the casino industry has evolved quite a bit since them, with many new casinos being constructed and many new table games being introduced into the market. After playing most of the new games, Daryl and Jim decided there was an opportunity to create a better, different and more fun table game. This is when the idea for their very first casino table game, “Match’em Hi-Lo” was born. After perfecting the rules of the game, the table layout and a very favorable 3rd party statistical analysis, the patent application for Match’em Hi-Lo was filed.

In 2013, Match-em Hi-Lo made its debut at the Isle of Capri Casino in Waterloo, IA, where it has been going strong for the past eleven years, developing an avid following with the casino gamblers that live in that region of the country.

In 2020 and 2021, Daryl and Jim were granted U.S. Patents on both the physical game and the electronic version of the game.

In 2024, Daryl and Jim welcomed a third member to 3JGaming, LLC, Rob Sanchez. Rob is the Director of Product Management for Match’em Hi-Lo and 3JGaming, LLC.
